Together we prepare your property for sale.
We consider each client and each property to be unique. We will propose a made-to-measure marketing plan for your luxury property from its initial valuation through to its marketing.

We recommend an “à la carte” selection of services according to your wishes so as to make the most of your property: professional photography (indoors, outdoors or drone) virtual visit, home staging, brochure, dedicated and secured web page…

The marketing remains under your control
Together with our marketing team, we begin by drawing-up a communications strategy. With your agreement, we propose an exclusive marketing approach which can, if you wish, be shared with a wider potential client base.
1. As a first step, your property is shared confidentially with a select number of potential clients drawn from our NPKF database: placement of your property on a private secured web page.
2. Distribution to our network of 6 Naef Prestige agencies in Switzerland and on our NPKF website.
3. With your agreement, you get the benefit of the Knight Frank international network through which we will present your property to our international London office from which it is shared with a list of international prestige clients.
4. There is also the option of widening the scope of visibility to other luxury real estate networks or to publish in luxury real estate media.
